La météorite was exceptional in every way. The position, cleanliness, value for money, it ticked all the boxes for us. Our host was easy to reach and very responsive. The room was compact, but very workable and the bed was comfortable. As mentioned in previous reviews, the stairs are narrow and steep, but it really wasn’t a problem. We are in our late 60’s and had no problem, there aren’t too many of them. I would definitely recommend our friends to stay here, and would stay again myself if returning to Strasbourg.

We really felt very welcomed by the owners. The apartment was well equipped, the housing rules were clear, the check-in was autonomous with pictures and went smoothly. It is good to recognise that there is a stone floor. Parking in the close by garage had an easy access

The accommodation itself was spotless and comfortable. But what truly set this quaint place apart was the exceptional hospitality of the the owners. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Wonderfully friendly, attentive and always available to answer questions or provide recommendations. Gave us tips and further information to make our day trip to Strassbourg more enjoyable. Served a lovely French breakfast of fresh crouissants, bread, local cheese and a selection of yoghurts and jams. The kitchen has a fridge where we could store some food and coffee and tea was always available. We appreciated the ambience of this 300 year old home so tastefully and lovingly restored by the family. The thick wooden beams and furniture added to the stylish vintage setting. Our window opened to a veiw of a bed of bright, happy,yellow daisies which set the feeling for a wonderful day in Strassbourg. "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel" Maya Angelou. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed, cared for and important during our stay. We loved every minute of our memorable time there.

Good size apartment with free parking outside. Not too far from city centre (15 minutes by car or 35 by public transport). There are two supermarkets near by and is very close to the motorway. Much better than a hotel and well priced for what you get. There is also an elevator as is at the 4th floor.
