Unequivocally managed at a high level, I work in the field and a 5-star hotel holiday. Excellent security, excellent location, high standards. Excellent value for money. I closed a reservation for 5 nights through Booking and another 4 nights through them. I wanted to shorten my stay, there was no problem. We will definitely be back!

I had an amazing stay at this place! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was also perfect, close to major attractions. What truly made my stay special was the attention to detail and the outstanding customer service. The location of the building in Laureles is outstanding, right in the heart of the city. Its proximity to the metro station made commuting very easy. I appreciated being surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants, and the area felt incredibly safe. The building itself is a gem. It’s modern, recently opened, and the terrace offers a stunning view. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the professionalism of the staff. The 24/7 reception and laundry room were convenient additions. The apartment was the highlight. It’s well-designed, separating different living areas. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the round window not only provided a beautiful view but also let in plenty of light. It’s perfectly equipped for a longer stay, with all the essentials like a dining table. In summary, my stay was both comfortable and convenient. I’d definitely return!

The apartment has all amenities and even more. Once you enter you feel at home- it is amazingly decorated and furnished, I love it! Our host was awesome- always responsive within 1h, very friendly and helpful and with excellent english (believe me in Colombia this is a huge challenge, so I appreciated it very much). There is a rooftop for co-sharing with great views of the city. It has everything for relax, coffee, beer or just sunbaths. Overall it is amazing value for moneya place to stay.

Excellent place! In the middle of the nature. Many animals/birds coming in the morning. The owner is a very good chef/cook and makes delicious breakfast/dinner. The refugio is very close to the mirador/viewpoint (just 5min walking). Great place to calm down, have some great peaceful time in the nature
