Robert was very communicative prior to arriving at the apartment. We were told how to access the keys and the instructions were very clear. The apartment was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was also great that we were able to cook for ourselves and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was so quiet and peaceful, even though we were out exploring Zurich/Basel for most of our visit, we were still able to enjoy peace and quiet on the days when we decided to relax in Brugg. We had no issues during our stay and we would happily visit again should we travel to Switzerland in the future.

I stayed here with my young son while visiting Switzerland. The accommodation is excellent, providing everything you could possibly need. Clean, comfortable and peaceful, set in the lovely old town of Baden. The location is great for seeing Baden and is located a short walk from the station for visiting the rest of Switzerland. As a tip, to avoid the steps when heading to the station, walk along Kronengasse and onto the river path to get to the lift (elevator) to the upper town. Would highly recommend staying here.

Staying here was a great experience for me. There was nothing negative. It was my first night in Switzerland and I couldn't have imagined this. Conny helped me a lot with everything. When I woke up in the morning there was a complimentary croissant in front of my door. Everything was great.

By far, cleanest appartement I have ever booked! Fully equipped bathroom and kitchen. Hosts really friendly and helpful. Quiet area with beautiful nature surroundings. I had an incredible experience in this house, I rented a room to rest and it was the best choice I have ever made. The house is clean, organized and has a huge kitchen with everything you need for a stay as if you were in your own home, the terrace is super big and I really enjoyed the sunny days there. The owner and her daughter are very friendly people and I really felt at home, thank you for everything. I will be back soon :)
