The studio apartment exceeded our expectations. It had all the amenities we needed (dishwasher, electric stovetop, ...). And the location is almost perfect. 100 meters from the parking garage and 100 meters from the start of the pedestrian zone. A 10-minute walk across the river, and we were already at the Christmas market. If we ever come back to Salzburg, we will definitely stay at this apartment.

I truly recommend this property, we loved it. We were a group of four — two stayed in the bedroom and two on the sofa bed, which was comfortable. The room is very confortable, spacious, very clean and bright. The apartment offers a beautiful view and comes fully equipped with everything we needed: washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, and more. The host was very kind and welcoming. The bus stop is right in front of the building, with a direct line to the city center that takes about 20 minutes. Buses run every 30 minutes during peak hours and every 60 minutes during off-peak hours. We also received a free guest public transport pass.

    Eveyrthing! The host sent us all the instructions in advance through Booking. It was easy to enter the building. The flat was very nice and clean. The beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was with jacuzzi. As soon as we arrived we went to the pool. We enjoyed it a lot. The weather was nice and the pool was very clean. There were also towels for the pool. I highly recommend! We were super satisfied and are planning to come back if we stay in Salzburg again.

    Greatest room i ever stayed in with 120m2. Full kitchen. Very quiet environment. Unfortunately the airco was not working well. Kristine is a very nice host willing to share ideas.

    Lovely, well-appointed house with every conceivable mod con in a residential neighborhood. It is obvious that the owner is very meticulous and proud of this stylish property. Free parking is available. The kitchen is top notch. The facilities are modern and all in good working order. The luxurious bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms, and there is a second (guest) toilet at the front door. Wifi was great.

    It's a very nice home with all you need during holidays, and more! The pool, the terrass, the beds, the kitchen, the host: everything was really nice. Grocery shopping and some restaurants are close, as is public transportation to the centre of Salzburg. Driving in the other direction, you can enjoy the fantastic landscape.
