This is exactly what the photo shows. Everything works perfectly. We walked across from the bus station straight to the apartment. We were content to walk into town, thought there are regular buses. Building work on a small garage is being undertaken opposite, but it never bothered us as we were out. during the day.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming stone house in Berat. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well equipped, with beautiful views of the town and hills. Breakfast was included and very tasty, and the hosts even offered us a free bottle of raki, which was a lovely gesture. The house has a peaceful atmosphere, and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was wonderful. As were the rooms and staff. My bike was behind gates for the night and I had a lovely dog and cat come visit in the morning! I also had to book last minute and they were wknderful

If you looking for a nice villa outside the city center this place is perfect. We were with a group of 7 and even then it felt too big. You can book taxis online so you don’t need to worry about getting to and from the city center

Simple check in process with a lockbox. Host lives above property and very friendly and communication always great ! The property was more beautiful than the pictures and amazing value. The garden/pool area is a quiet and green space. Surrounded by a garden of fruit trees. The hosts have pets that are beautiful (2 puppies!, rabbits cats and a dog) who roam the property and are all very friendly. Kitchen was very usable and indoor spaces had beautiful aircon. Comfortably slept 4 of us. We travelled without a car - and jenzo helped to drop us into town which was really lovely of him. However it was fairly easy to find a taxi number and a short roughly 10euro ride to centre of berat (a wonderful city). In the neighbourhood/village of the villa there is a shop and bar/restaurant and the local people are very friendly. Most importantly jenzo (and his parents) were fantastic hosts - very interesting people who were welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic time!

Eglantina and her family epitomised what it means to be a wonderful, generous, astute, and caring host. After more than 3 months of travelling around Eastern Europe, this apartment was the best. If you decide to stay in Berat and want genuine Albanian hospitality, don't choose an accommodation within the castle walls or in the Old Town. Stay in a local neighbourhood. Stay away from the tourists. Stay here. The apartment was large and cool (given that the temperatures outside were hitting 40 degrees C). We had everything we needed. The shower was hot, pressure great. The bed was very comfortable.

The location is a few minutes drive to city center, your have good view to the castle above, and you get to experience an ordinary Albanian people in a nice and friendly hood. The apartment is run by a family a who invest and support their town and country by renovating their apartments to high standards , we had a pleasant and great experience here, and the host was very kind and helpful, also provided lots of valuable information. The apartment is super cool and high standard., Love the attaintion to every detail, you can tell its thought through and much effort and love put into the renovation, dont miss it if you should find your self in Berat, we loooved and enjoyed our stay here.
