At the ryokan, every unit is fitted with a tatami and a flat-screen TV. There is a private bathroom with bidet in some units, along with slippers, a hair dryer and free toiletries. The units are equipped with heating facilities. I loved the location: in a quiet street but not too far from the main lines to get to different parts of the city easily. I also felt very welcomed by the hotel staff. The common spaces were also very clean.

The couple running this place is very welcoming and the space is spotless. You are not in the centre, but a quaint local neighbourhood with an amazing bakery and 2 train stations are in an easy walking distance. They also organised for my suitcase to be transported to Kyoto for a set date, which was just amazing.

Asakusa Subway Station provides direct access to Ueno, Shibuya and Ginza areas, and also to the Narita and Haneda international airports. Excellent customer service, incredible location (quiet street even though close to night life and tourist places). Great view from the window. Charming atmosphere in the traditional room.

The ryokan has family rooms. I liked the staff/ person that I talked to very helpful, also comfortable place with 4 bed, location and aesthetics of the unit especially is a plus if you have kids(girls) they even have toys to play with. Everything you need is in the unit. Location is not bad, and having a stroller and wheelchair it was accessible for us since there’s an elevator in the building, somehow it closes up so quick.

The property is set 3.5 km from Edo Tokyo Museum, 6 km from Marunouchi Building and 6 km from Yasukuni Shrine. Free WiFi is available. The manager was so nice! Always recommended must see spots and always helping us. The hospitality was so appreciated.

Everything was taken care of, allowing us to fully unwind and enjoy the experience, which included exploring the unique lounges, garden and buildings on the grounds. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding, making us feel at home.
