Comfortable beds/futon. Had fun with wearing yukatas in the premises, also for dinner and breakfast. Lovely traditional multi course dinner! Simple nutritious breakfast as well. We had a party with a nut allergy and they took it seriously with substitutions for some items on the dinner menu. Our private onsen in the room was great as well, perfect temperature with a nice little view of Lake biwako. Some of us also enjoyed the public bath. All staff were amazing, from the receptionist, to the waitresses and the driver. All of us felt we were very well taken care of despite only staying one night.

Was very good all around with everything taken care off. You have plenty off amenities in a beautiful location with amazing staff. It had a shuttle from the train station and everything was convenient. The place and onsets are beautiful and the food was great.

Boasting a hot spring bath, Dantokan Kikunoya is located a 5-minute drive from JR Ogoto Onsen Station. Free pick-up from the station is available upon advance request. Decorated with modern interiors, Japanese-style guestrooms are fitted with tatami (woven straw) flooring. Free parking and free WiFi access in the lobby are available. The staff here are incredible. They went above and beyond to help us celebrate our honeymoon. I was so grateful for how hard they all worked and how kind they all were. We also got the breakfast service in our room, which was excellent, and they provided several drinks in the fridge for us for free. They shuttled us from the station and back to it, and we were even sent off by the staff at the end of our stay. So friendly and welcoming. Also, our deluxe suite had the private open air bath, and I can't recommend that enough. It was so relaxing and incredible. Lastly, I personally loved the toiletries and additional things that came with the room (shampoo, straightener, beverages, yukata, pajamas, etc.)

This recently renovated ryokan is located 10 km from Green Park Santo and 27 km from Taga-taisha Shrine. The ryokan has family rooms. Everything was perfect ! Well worth the money

The ryokan features family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. Amazing food, pleasant staff and great onsen. Frequent shuttles to and from train station was a plus.

The ryokan features family rooms. Everything was great, amazing building, very comfortable facilities, room and futon. Staff was kind and friendly. Also in a great location and the meal was delicious!
