I treated myself to this getaway as a personal gift, and I’m so grateful I did. Being able to experience such a serene and stunning place filled me with joy and deep appreciation. This was one of the most memorable and rejuvenating experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape. The onsen bath was really unique, worth the trip :) The island and harbour are very charming and most importantly of all, Emi-san was an incredibly nice host who went out of her way to help us - thank you so much Emi-san, we won’t forget our stay !

Facilities and service exceeded my expectations.

It was a perfectly manicured property and every room offered a breathtaking ocean view. Their kaiseki dinner was delicious and their service was to die for. We told them that we’re celebrating our husbands’ big birthday there and we’re what they’d come up with. They offered them a lovely birthday cake with traditional Japanese celebration attire for them to try on! We loved their care and wonderful hospitality.

Providing various types of indoor and outdoor hot-spring baths, the hotel offers a free shuttle to/from JR Saga Train Station, 18 km away. The kaiseki dinner is very nice. Breakfast spread was good and varied. The onsen facilities in ryokan is very good, especially the open air bath area. The sand bath option is unusual, and the foot bath avail is nice too. Even as the staff mostly cannot speak english well, they were very helpful and assisted to their best efforts. The shop in lobby level is interesting with things to purchase.
