The staff and guests were mostly all japanese, howevery, everyone who interacted with us was more then lovely and kind to us. Also the view is the best ull ever have in a hotel. Our room was stunning and gorgeous. We would stay here again whenever we visit the amazing Nagasaki again.

We stayed in the traditional Japanese room and absolutely loved it! Everything was great, from the thoughtful complimentary drip coffee to the excellent location. I highly recommend this place.
