When we made our reservation, we opted for the all-inclusive package that included breakfast and dinner. Both meals were fantastic! They consisted of a variety of small dishes, making it a delightful culinary experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They kindly picked us up from our room for breakfast and dinner, and they even provided roomservice throughout our stay. Additionally, they always greeted us warmly whenever we returned from a day trip. The room itself was a pleasant surprise. It featured tatami mats, which we were instructed to leave our shoes at the entrance and wear our socks or slippers provided by the hotel. This unique experience added to the overall charm of our stay. Moreover, it was our first time visiting an onsen, which was a delightful and relaxing addition to our itinerary.

An Asian breakfast is available at the ryokan. The ryokan is located in a geothermal area, with a number of hot springs nearby for guests to relax in. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. He let me have the room earlier and made me the breakfast earlier so I could take my morning bus on time. Great location, clean and quiet room, good meals, appreciate very much!

Simply the best accomodation I have experienced anywhere! Our stay with Maki, her Mother and Kenta dog was relaxing and magical after a week in Tokyo and Maki does absolutley everything to make you feel welcome and at home with her gentle, warm hospitality, The Ryokan itself is an elegant traditional building and is beautifully kept. The amazing Kaiseki dinner and breakfasts that Makis mother presents every night are a wonderful way to experience traditional japanese food after a relaxing onsen bath. Maki was simply the best host, she even drove us up to the start of our walk trail and booked our lunchtime soba restaurant. The local area is breathtaking even in late autumn / early winter and a walk around the shrines is enough to fill a very pleasant day, Wel ove you Maki and we will be back!

The staff were very friendly and we had lovely Japanese ladies who personally showed us to our rooms and made tea for us, and offered local Japanese snacks. We had a lovely chat, albeit limited English from them. Dinner and breakfast were served in a private room, food and service were awesome! We had a birthday celebration and they prepared a lovely cake for us. We had such a wonderful stay that we are still reminiscing weeks after our trip.

Onsen with snow falling in was just incredible. The food, the warm hospitality, and the white snow just completed the satisfaction of the stay. Everything is there.

There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. The ryokan features a hot spring bath and a lift. Warabino team was simply amazing. Everyone is very kind, gentle and proactive. They gave us a ride to and from the train station. That's an important point considering the distance from downtown. We had both meals, breakfast and dinner, with them. All we tasted was fantastic. The possibility to turn the public bath into a private Onsen when there isn't someone using it, it's another differential. The futons was soft and we had a good night sleeping. The heating in our room was the right way too. Surely we'll come back.
