Food is good, it’s nice to experience a traditional diner and breakfast.

The hotel is new, the onsens are pleasant, and everything was clean. Everything was provided — from robes to toiletries. It’s close to the station, and there are many good restaurants nearby.

Felt like home.

A hot spring bath is available for guests, along with an open-air bath. Beppu Station is 4.1 km away and Oita Station is 16 km from the ryokan. Very nice room, good Service with tips what to do in beppu. The pictures don't do the room justice. The stay itself was just lovely. I recommened to stay for the beppu onsen matsuri.

Free beer in the lobby and onsen eggs outside the entrance. The footbath on the roof is always awesome. The onsens are great (including the in-room onsen). The room itself is excellent. The staff is exceptional. It was our second time visiting this ryokan and as we were leaving, one of the staff members said she recognized us from last year because we were in the lobby drinking beer again, so that gave us a good laugh!

A balcony with garden views is offered in each unit. At the ryokan, units have bed linen and towels. My mom and I had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed our stay.
