Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived to the hotel. The staff was very attentive and polite, the room was very big and extremely comfortable and overall all the hotel was spotless. We had access to the lounge were they were serving dinner and drinks and they have both private and public onsen. The view to the lake from the room is amazing.

This property is the historic part of Matsumoto. It is beautiful and very authentic Japanese style. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The futon beds were so comfortable we slept really well. The accommodation is close to lots of great restaurants. Highly recommend anyone travelling to this part of Japan to stay here.

I like the location. We could see Mount Fuji on the lake it was gorgeous. The staff was very nice. We got a complimentary tee on arrival☺️. The inside and outside bath are great.
