Comfortable Accommodations: Onsen Guest House Tsutaya in Hakone offers comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, and mountain views. Only some rooms include a balcony, tatami floors, and free toiletries. The decoration, the calm, the onsen was amazing. The value for money. The "capsules" are somehow very comfortable and noise isolation is decent. People is respectful and toilets were always clean.

Breakfast was a biiiig surprise, too good to be true surprise. Hot spring inside. Everything is clean and comfortable. You can leave your luggage before checkin and after checkout. And they take good care of the luggages.

We booked the use of private onsen, wich was super clean and organized. Great location and phenomenal landscapes from the terrace. Meals (breakfast and dinner) with great variety of options and the food was delicious. The room was also very good and comfy. It´s next to the lake, cable car and boat ride.

Free tea and coffee. 10 mins walking distance from the main bus station. This hotel has a shuttle bus, between the bus station and the hotel.

It was perfect - the massage chair, the hot spring bath on the balcony, and the free ice cream vending machines!

They served the real kaiseki style meal which consists of variety of local products. The onsen is up to the standard. We booked the private onsen room which is nice but the public one will serve all your needs.
