The "capsules" are somehow very comfortable and noise isolation is decent. People is respectful and toilets were always clean.

The location is perfect, close to the station. The hosts were so kind and attentive, we miss them already. We will definitely be back. Also airconditioning in summer was a real plus. We got to experience a shamisen performance and our host made us try natto which was very questionable but a very fun experience.

When I asked the restaurant staff which items were Halal/Vegetarian/seafood, she asked a senior staff member who proceeded to explain each buffet item one by one to explain the ingredients and check if it suited my diet (not having pork or non-halal meats). Moreover, when knowing that my options were somewhat limited, the restaurant staff ensured to share with me the upcoming buffet items on the following days which did suit my diet. I already went to the hotel knowing that my options were limited, but the staff exceeded my expectations by ensuring that we were taken care of. It's worth noting that the food was delicious. They had a dedicated staff member taking family photographs of guests by the water terrace. these are just a couple of examples where staff members put the customers as their highest priority. We also loved the spotless clean rooms and facilities, various dedicated slippers available (hotel room slippers, hotel area sandals, bathroom sandals, private balcony/Onsen crocs). The vending machines, free coffee, gift/shop, proximity to public transportation were quite convenient too.

Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal. Guests can find a private hot spring bath and Japanese restaurant on site.

Clean, good staff, and even if I was late twice for dining and onsen they warmly accommodated me

A bar, lounge and bakery are available. Beautiful historic hotel with very large rooms. Great onsen and the natural setting is really nice.

The units are equipped with heating facilities. The staff were incredibly friendly and the room was clean and spacious. The facilities were maintained extremely well and there was even a bath available for use. The location is near to Yamanote sen station and very convenient to access most places in Tokyo.
