Yuko-san did an absolutely amazing work with the place! The vibe is really welcoming and the rooms are super comfortable. Yuko-san’s cooking is also amazing :)

They were even so nice as to still give us a room tour at that late of an hour, and offered to also fetch us to the train station seeing that we were running close to our train boarding time! The place is immaculate, clean and comfortable! I wish we could've stayed more days. I would highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a place to stay while in Asago! 100/100!!

The 4-star ryokan has garden views and is 4.2 km from Seto Shrine. The ryokan offers a hot spring bath and a housekeeping service. We had such an amazing stay with Kobayashiya. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and we highly appreciated the breakfast and dinner that catered to our diets and allergies (one vegan, one gluten). The food was incredible! Shout out to Pam who dressed us in Yukata to stroll around and Reina who made sure our dinner was always perfect.
