The room was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The staff were friendly, helpful, and could communicate in basic English. There were accessible and detailed instructions for the public, private, and in-room Onsen. The 4 private outdoor Onsen (first come first serve) were lovely and peaceful. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast were delicious and filling. There are complimentary frozen snacks in the lounge area. Free shuttle bus service available upon request with the ryokan. We were fortunate to be added to the list last minute (the day before departure) from Jozankei to Sapporo, but would recommend contacting the Ryokan in advance to reserve. The public buses between Sapporo and Jozankei (e.g. 8J and 7J) can get quite crowded, which can make traveling with luggage challenging.

Dinner and breakfast were amazing both French and Japanese. We are vegetarian so chef prepared special meals for us. The best rooms are in floors 3 and 4 where you have open view of the lake. We don’t recommend taking the deluxe rooms as there are only 2, and you might end up in the second floor with partial view of the lake.

The room is spacious, clean and very well designed. As a corner suit, the view is amazing. We feel like staying at home rather than in a hotel. The dinner is exceptional. The open-air onsen is calm & relaxing. The best of all is the staffs and their services.

I felt very welcomed. The room was also very spacious and clean. The private onsen amazing and the view also perfect.

Located in Niseko, within 22 km of Niseko Annupuri International Ski Area and 16 km of Niseko Annupuri Hot Spring, Zaborin provides accommodation with a garden and free WiFi throughout the property as... I liked everything: the location in the woods, the proper architecture, the design, the materials, the amenities, the restaurant, and the dinner. Private onsen is a delight, the spacious villa room is truly comfortable.

Boasting natural hot spring baths that look out to surrounding mountains, HanaMOMIJI offers traditional Japanese-style accommodation in Jozankei. We booked a japanese style room that was very spacious and provided yukatas. The public baths were very relaxing and breakfast was amazing. Location is great as well, short walk to the temple and the bridge. Was the highlight of our Hokkaido trip!
