Overall the stay was excellent starting with being greeted at the entrance and in the lobby by staff. This property is very clean with everyone leaving their outdoor shoes at lockers at the front and using socks provided by the Onsen. Our room was spacious with a sitting room and bath with a cypress hot tub. In the afternoons there were a number of teas available for tasting and in the evening there was ramen. The Onsen was wonderful with several different pools including cold plunges and saunas. There were 4 private baths that were generally available when we wanted to utilize them. The Japanese breakfast was delicious and provided multiple small bites that allowed guests to try many different flavours and textures of food. The staff were very friendly and helpful explaining some of the different foods.

What a beautiful hotel!! Our bedroom had views to the lake, it was amazing. The dinner and breakfast were excellent, and the onsen was amazing. We were lucky, at the time we went my daughter and I had the whole onsen to ourselves.

Chalet Ivy Jozankei offers a sauna and free private parking, and is within 27 km of Sapporo Station and 33 km of Shin-Sapporo Station. Possibly one of our best hotel stays ever. The hotel has a quiet beauty right out of a postcard, the staff are amazing and the food sublime. They did everything to make our stay perfect. The food is one of the best I ever had at a hotel, but western travellers should make sure to set expectations regarding the food which is very japanese, it was always interesting and perfectly executed but pushed us to our limits in some cases :)

Located in Niseko, within 22 km of Niseko Annupuri International Ski Area and 16 km of Niseko Annupuri Hot Spring, Zaborin provides accommodation with a garden and free WiFi throughout the property as... It was the highlight of my Japan trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout and greet you at the entrance. The room was very spacious and the view was amazing with the snow covering the entire grass field. We went at the end of March so the snow hasn’t gone yet but the drive there was fine as there was no snow on the road. The outdoor private onsen in the room with the beautiful backdrop was fantastic. Dinner and breakfast were probably the best in my entire Japan trip. Kaiseki style dinner was prepared and made to the highest quality and I enjoyed every bite of it. Well done to the chef!

This hotel is hands down the best onsen hotel we have been with great value. The hotel is just opposite of the bus pickup/drop off area so its convenient access the hotel. Breakfast and dinner provided were fantastic. The hotel room were really spacious and clean beyond our expectation. Yukata were provided and my kid looks cute in them. We enjoyed alot at the public bath and there is also massage chair just outside the public bath. We also went to the night bar and the staffs there were really helpful. This hotel provided us the best Japanese traditional onsen experience we could possibly imagine. We totally enjoyed our time there.

Ikoino Yuyado Iroha is just a 7-minute walk from Niseko Annupuri Ski Resort. Guests can soak in the hot spring baths or connect to the free WiFi. We loved the outdoor onsen and the spacious room.

We were upgraded to the most beautiful room with the most incredible view. It was incredibly luxurious, we wish we could have stayed longer!

Surrounded by lush nature, luxury Japanese-style hotel Niseko Kombu Onsen Tsuruga Mokunosho features a hot spring bath and rooms with mountain views and free Wi-Fi, some with a private open-air bath. The cleanliness, great staff performance, most of them speak English fluently and in great willing to support our stay. Food is great both at dinner and breakfast. Our impressed story is that When I moved to next hotel in Sapporo next day, I realized I forgot some of my clothes at the hotel. I message the the hotel : they managed quickly to arrange for deliver those to my new hotel and even phone contact to our hotel for the arrangement. I am very impressed in their hospitality and professional , I have already received the cloths 2 days later. Recommended this onsen !
