A bookable shuttle service is in place and works very well, allowing us to leave and arrive from Aizu Wakamatsu station. We also reserved the outdoor bath for private use: incredible! The staff is adorable and helpful: thank you very much!

All rooms are air-conditioned and fitted with an LCD TV and a fridge. Absolutely incredible place to experience traditional ryokan-style stay. The staff were over-the-top, never before seen kind, patient, welcoming to us, while being professional and flexible. The place is beautiful and well equipped to keep us warm on the chilly Aizu nights, and the breakfast was culinary masterpiece. The staff were even kind enough to make us takeaway onigiri from the rice we couldnt finish. Overall an amazing experience, I recommend anyone to come here, and I thank all the kind staff for their lovely hospitality, cant wait to come back!

The ryokan also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights for Drift Matsuri in November. We were blown away by how big our room was. The staff were so friendly, even if they didn't speak a lot of English, but made the effort to help you where they could. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved waking up to the view of the mountains in the distance.

I love it so much and have to stay again if I visit this city. - Dinner and breakfast are excellent, buffet for both. - Onsen is great for indoor and outdoor. - Free drinks including alcohal. - Bed is super comfortable. - Amenities in the room are perfect. - Drinking water is prepared in the room. - Free parking. - I love everything in the hotel. 😊
