The location is perfect - very close walking distance to everything in Florence, including the historic sites and train station. From your balcony you have a great view of the Dome. The room has everything you need - full kitchen, two bathrooms, three bedrooms if needed (although one is a futon). TVs in the room is a nice bonus - most places in Italy from my experience don't have this. The best part about this stay is the location.

Greatly located near Florence’s closest monuments. I particularly appreciated the responseness of Luciano, the host, who assisted us greatly with Florence’s parking rules and other issues we have faced during our stay

This ryokan is very beautiful, clean and perfectly located for a day of enjoying the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Above all, you will receive heartwarming hospitality. Thanks to her thoughtfulness, our trip with her 8 year old son was a wonderful memory. I would love to come again.
