The staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming. They were prepared to deal with guests of the world via technology and an open-minded attitude. There were a few onsens to choose. Not many people at the time when I visited the onsen. They provide free shuttle at JR Sendai Station which was very convenient to guests. The room was spacious for three people. The food was fine. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet with many choices.
