Perfect View of the mountain from the bed and sauna. Big comfortable bed. Room has alot of space and was alot bigger than we were expecting. Close to bus stop, shops and restaurants. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Fabulous location, with a view of Mount Fuji from my room and my own private onsen bath! Lovely room with evrything I needed, and the two gentlemen running the hotel made my stay very special. I got off the bus at the wrong spot, to find they'd already messaged to offer to pick me up. In spite of it taking some time for them to find me, they offered to stop at the local shop so I could buy food (It was late at night). They went to great lengths to make a vegetarian breakfast for me, and took me to the bus station when I left. I had an absolutely wonderful relaxing time!
