The onsen is super clean and impressive! The bed and pillow were great and we had a nice sleep. The location is a bit far from Sapporo station, but it was good to see the Hokkaido government office during walking.x The breakfast was great with the seafood set.

Absolutely AMAZING experience!!! The Japanese-style room with tatami is spacious and super clean!!! My kids love the hot spring in the room!! Not to mention the view is awesome! LOVE the breakfast and dinner provided by the hotel which are included in the room fee. So far that is most delicious Japanese food I have ever had. All hotel staff we met were super friendly!! We felt touched that they remember all our preferences! Feels like we are at home!!

Everything was perfect: the staff was really nice and gave me all the infromation I needed for my stay. The food was sophisticated and delicious. The room was big, well illuminated, clean and confortable. All the common spaces were nice and confortable to relax. And the onsend was really great!
