Great Onsen, friendly staff, shuttle to parking area fast and upon request. Big rooms, nice tatami styles, 5 people come for daily room cleaning at once and job is done so quickly, get as much drinking water as you need, afternoon can eat free Hokkaido potatoes, nice art exhibition area from woodwork, close to Ainu village, very friendly tour desk.

My room face to Akan lake that's so beautiful view in the morning . the hotel is beside the lake. room and every thing is clean and okay. the onsen is also good medium size with a little outdoor zone. breakfast is fine, not much selection but worth the price (1,000 jpy for breakfast)
