The team went above and beyond and helped us quickly change rooms on the second night due to an issue on that floor and moved us to an even better room. The team are super helpful and friendly. They really went above and beyond throughout the stay. The gym is massive and great for serious training. The apartments are very spacious and great value for money in manhattan.

It was in a very nice neighbourhood with lovely restaurants and a perfect location for exploring the city. The room had a great view, a wonderful shower and a large comfortable bed. The rooftop was the icing on the cake, the view you had over New York was amazing! And if you get some things to eat from the delicious Italian deli on the corner, a cold drink and that view……heaven! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, you feel right at home. Downstairs you could grab a coffee or tea for in your room or to take away and a croissant every morning was a very nice bonus. We would highly recommend it to everyone who is going to New York and wants to enjoy the city in a friendly atmosphere, we just loved it!

Located at the foothills of the Allegany Mountains, this resort boasts an on-site casino, spa, and various dining options. Skiing at Holiday Valley is 12 miles away. I was looking for a hotel for one night to relax on the way. The place was perfect and surprising. Moreover I have learn a bit about the Seneca. The view was also great.

The view of the Empire State Building from the 13th floor is unbeatable. The room was clean, spacious, and appeared to be newly renovated. The bed was very comfortable, and we always felt well-rested after a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping deep-cleaned our room every day. Noise from outside wasn’t really an issue on the 13th floor, even for people like us who don’t usually live in big, noisy cities. The hotel smelled great and has a beautiful little lobby with comfortable sofas and chairs. The staff was helpful, always smiling, and very polite. They even gave us a bottle of champagne because our internet connection wasn’t working. Overall, the experience was amazing.
