Part of the appeal is that of the Azores, with their perfect climate and wonderful scenery, but Jeiroes has a charm all its own. Roomy, clean, huge bed, all amenities, a veranda overlooking Madalena harbour and the nearby island Faial, with wonderful sunsets. A stone's throw from a swimming pool and sea pool. Secluded and very peaceful, but a short walk along the coast to downtown Madalena, which has a handful of restaurants and bars open late. Very helpful and considerate staff, which helped us to book taxis and gave us good advice.
