Vila Nova Milfontes is a lovely little seaside town and we’re glad we found this wonderful B&B which is just a few steps away from cafes, shops and restaurants. Room is simple and great value for money. Parking is free and easy, just outside the B&B. The beach is about 10mins walk away and the lighthouse (great place for sunset) another 15mins.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Franquia Beach is 300 metres away. This place is spacious and close to the seaside. Through the rooftop window, you can enjoy a view of the coast and the river estuary. All the facilities are very clean. One possible downside is the lack of a kitchenette, as only tea and coffee can be prepared. However, considering the location and price, I still find it to be a great value. The host was excellent—he provided clear instructions, introduced us to the surrounding area, and gave great recommendations on places to visit.

Five of the rooms have a balcony where you can enjoy the view. All rooms are en-suite, with free toiletries, a hairdryer and towels. The property is decorated in a minimalist and relaxed style, combining Scandinavian and Mediterranean inspirations. Great location in a quiet town. Amazing terrace (and bathroom) views of the ocean, fisherman cove and the ocean hiking trail. Nice touch to have access to tea, coffee and kitchen at all times. Rita was wonderful.

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. We loved the location ! Easy access to beaches and wonderful recommendations for restaurants. It was a peaceful and spectacular place. The hosts António and Liliana were so gracious and have great tips on the area ! We would go back !

The secluded Carvalhal Beach is around 9 km from Quinta do Paraíso, and the Vicentine Coast features many more hidden beaches amongst the rocks. Quinta Paraiso is a magical place, beautiful garden, very nice apartment and cosy outdoor kitchen where you can make coffee and prepare food. I enjoyed yoga surrounded by singing birds and with views of the beautiful garden full of flowers. So much peace, perfect place to unwind. The host was super friendly and I felt very welcome. I hope to come back with my family in the future!
