Vila Nova Milfontes is a lovely little seaside town and we’re glad we found this wonderful B&B which is just a few steps away from cafes, shops and restaurants. Room is simple and great value for money. Parking is free and easy, just outside the B&B. The beach is about 10mins walk away and the lighthouse (great place for sunset) another 15mins.

With inner courtyard views, this accommodation offers a patio. All rooms include a terrace with pool views and free WiFi. Really charming place. Just very nice. Loved the parrots, tortoises, buddies and cats.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Franquia Beach is 300 metres away. This place is spacious and close to the seaside. Through the rooftop window, you can enjoy a view of the coast and the river estuary. All the facilities are very clean. One possible downside is the lack of a kitchenette, as only tea and coffee can be prepared. However, considering the location and price, I still find it to be a great value. The host was excellent—he provided clear instructions, introduced us to the surrounding area, and gave great recommendations on places to visit.

Five of the rooms have a balcony where you can enjoy the view. All rooms are en-suite, with free toiletries, a hairdryer and towels. The property is decorated in a minimalist and relaxed style, combining Scandinavian and Mediterranean inspirations. Wonderful stay! The hospitality was amazing! Absolutely amazing facilities, clean and modern, and the friendliest owners and staff. It was a fantastic place to explore the coast, all the way down to Sagres and across the Lagos.
