Honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed in! All of the staff in the hotel were incredible, some of the nicest politest most helpful people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. The courtyard area is beautiful, as is the rest of the hotel, the food and breakfast in particular is amazing and the rooms were gorgeous with lovely touches such as a town down service with a hot water bottle and chocolate each night!

The hotel is in a unique location literally at the train platform. This is a unique place! The room was fantastic and the restaurant has great food. 100% recommended!

View - spectacular. an amazing location looking over Cusco Room was spacious, warm, comfortable and clean. Best shower in the whole of Peru. Breakfast - we left too early for formal breakfast - so we were given a tasty, packed breakfast each day. The manager was so kind and friendly. The location was great, a short walk from the playa de areas. More like a hotel than a hostel

Rooms are nice - clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but good. The location of the hotel is great - just a quick walk to the main square, but on a quiet street.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. It was very well situated close to centre but not in the noisy area. It had a historical quaintness and charm about it. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. They were available 24 hrs and there to help with early starts . They spoke good English and were always happy. The rooms and general area were kept spotlessly clean with coca tea and coffee available 24 hrs a day. Breakfast was served from early and delicious with lots of fresh variety. There was help available to organize tours and taxis as necessary. Over all I couldn't fault anything and would highly recommend staying here.

I found all of the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. There are 2 alpacas and 2 trampolines on property which kept our daughter entertained. The setting is beautiful, a peaceful oasis with gorgeous gardens and amazing staff. The hotel staff were incredibly pleasant and exceptionally attentive to our requests. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast, and the location was very convenient, being both relatively central and quiet. Our room was very comfortable, and there's a great laundry service right across from the hotel.
