The upgraded room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and modern, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. It really felt like a home away from home. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the city. All in all, we had an amazing time at Hotel Terminus. Great service, great location, and a warm personal touch. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially with team members like Ouahiba who go the extra mile for guests.
