An elegant hotel in a great location in old Pistoia. The staff are delightful. The breakfast was plentiful, as were the cappuccinos and teas and cookies available throughout the day. Everything was great and totally recommend. In the old centre we were close to so many great restaurants and enjoyed fantastic meals. We also were 15 minutes walk to the train station so we could easily get anywhere we wanted in Tuscany, including to Montecatini Terme for a bike trip and wine tasting. Love!

A special thank you to all the incredible staff for their kindness and hospitality throughout our stay. The hotel is very cozy and conveniently located near the train station. Staying here really made me feel at home.

We stayed in 4 different properties on our trip to Tuscany and Palazzo Pacini was our favorite. We highly recommend “The Dutchess” room. Waking up to that view everyday was just magical. The layout of Colle di Val d’Elsa is a bit different than many other Tuscan towns, quite long and narrow, but the scenery is beautiful.
