Excellent choice! Giorgo is very friendly and helpful. You can reach him anytime on phone and he gives you many tips on arrival. He is also taking care of your breakfast and he will help you with luggages as rooms are in ZTL (no cars in city). Recommend

The location of the little town of Biassa is perfect for exploring Cinque Terre. It's off the beaten track which makes it quiet and peaceful. The room was lovely, neat and clean and the view of La Spezia from the balcony is beautiful. Andrea was a superb host who was very helpful with information about the area. The little Tobacco shop (owned by Gloria) just up the road is a must visit. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and gives valuable information on where to go and what to do.

I stayed this hotel to see the famous "Presepe" for Christmas Season, and the hotel is located in the perfect location. You can enjoy the illumination from the balcony of the hotel, it's located in the center, and the restaurant recommended by the host was excellent. Her travelling advice was also very helpful. I really enjoyed the stay :)

I had an wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was quick and easy. The hotel’s location was perfect—within walking distance of great restaurants and attractions. enjoyed the breakfast served individually in the garden. The cherry on the top definitely is the amazing view and location.

Great place to use as a base to explore the beautiful Cinque Terre and Bay of Poets - close to train station and bus routes. Owner was very friendly and helpful, and room was lovely with a very comfortable bed!

Location was great. Very good value for money. Very fresh and clean. Lovely gifts from the hosts and excellent lift. Great pizza restaurant next door.

Everything! Love the location, decoration and ambience. Very helpful and accommodating staff member who made sure you had everything from train schedules, recommendations for restaurants to tea and coffee making! Good and fast communication pre and post check in. Shower gel, towels and a very good hair dryer provided. Fabulous and from everything I saw I could tell the owner runs the place with great hospitality and consideration on visitor experiences!
