The design and amenities are fantastic - very large double bed, even the sofa-bed was comfortable enough. Enormous bathroom with everything you need.
The breakfast was also great - fresh fruits, great cheese and ham, freshly baked croissants and cakes.
The staff speaks very good English and are really nice and helpful. They recommended a fantastic bistrot nearby with discount by the hotel for dinner with fresh local fish, traditional meals and the best tiramisu we ever tried in Sardinia.

AustraliaGreat location! Friendly staff. We loved having a drink at the rooftop each night. We stayed on our honeymoon and they left a lovely touch on the bed when we arrived (photo). The staff at the front desk pulled out all the stops to get us a reservation for our last night. Very comfortable room, would recommend stopping here.

I was travelling solo and the staff treated me with such kindness. They helped me with directions and where to go to find food. I had left my favourite pants in Bergamo and they picked them up for me to save me from spending my day going back to Bergamo by train to collect them. On my second night my room was upgraded to the second floor which had a lovely view. The hotel is very close to the town and train station so all in easy walking distance. I had a lovely stay and felt very welcome and looked after.
