Central 9 was very clean, walking distance from ferry. They gave clear directions and were so lovely to offer to hold our bags until our room was ready and after our stay until the ferry left. They went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Central 9 to anyone staying in Ermoupolis. Very central to all sights, restaurants and shopping.

Some rooms at the property have a balcony with a city view. The owners are fantastic and kind. The location is outstanding and we thoroughly enjoyed the balcony across from our room on the second floor overlooking the harbor. The owner is an avid gardener and it shows. The water was hot and the bed comfortable. The ice cold fridge and hot water kettle were put to good use. I’m pretty sure we were the only ones there the first night. The reception desk isnt continually occupied and the owners pop in mid day to clean and do maintenance so it felt very private in the evenings. I would recommend this hotel for sure!

Set on a pedestrian street in a historic location, the family-run Ethrion is 150 metres from Ermoupolis Port and the main square. Boasting a sunny setting, it has a 3-level courtyard and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and a furnished balcony or terrace. Great location with clean and comfortable rooms. we particularly enjoyed the view from the balcony. The owner George went above and beyond to make this a great stay. Helping with organizing transport, breakfast, cleaning of personal items and generally being a great host! A Syros local he can provide interesting and helpful background on the island and the town in general. We valued his restaurant and beach recommendations. Thank you!

Don't be afraid that the hotel is located away from the main island's city, it is just a short bus away which they run regularly. The beach here is amazing with Crystal clear waters. Would definitely stay here again.

The guest house has family rooms. the location of the property is perfect. so close to the port and in the center of Ermoupoli. the people working at this hotel are so kind and helpful. we could lesve our luggage at the reception the whole day before getting our ferry at 16.00 in the afternoon. the day of our arrival we were able to get the key earlier than the official checking time. definitely a hotel i totally recommend! also they left us some gifts (sweets and wine)
