The kitchen is fully equiped. The location is good but you definetly need a car. You also have your dedicated parking spot near the house. Kathisma beach and Agios Nikitias beach (from here you can also choose to walk or take a taxi boat to Milos beach which is stunning) are only around 15 min away, and you can also reach Egremni and Porto Katsiki in 40_50 minutes. There was also a market and coffee shop called Darras very near the houses where you could find everyhting you need for vacations, including groceries.

Bars and restaurants are within a 3-minute walk. Vaso and Christo are incredible, so polite, friendly, and welcoming. Willing to help with everything we needed, checking all the time that everything is ok. Breakfast are all home made by Vaso, so tasty and fresh. We enjoyed and loved every moment of our stay, highly recommended !

The individually styled Athina résidence are air conditioned, and each comes with a safe and TV. Wonderful and clean property. The owner was pleasant and he was always working around the property which is why it looks so well maintained. Dedicated parking is a huge plus. Room was spotless and cleaned each day. We enjoyed breakfast on site and it was a great value for the quality and ease of getting it delivered to your room. Only a few minutes walking distance to Main Street which has a variety of restaurants to choose from. We chose to drive to Kathisma Beach (organized with facilities) each day which took about 40 minutes but it was an easy drive to and from. If ever in Lefkada, I will definitely choose this propriety again. Thank you for a fantastic stay.
