We've traveled to many corners of the world – and certainly throughout Greece – but Hotel Gorgona has a unique, unforgettable spirit. That spirit comes straight from Dimitris, who pours his heart and soul into the hotel. You can feel it in the lovingly preserved traditional interiors – from the charming curtains to the authentic décor – everything reflects the real, timeless Greece. This isn’t the type of place where you’ll find Nespresso machines, designer toiletries, private plunge pools, or branded beach towels in fancy hotel bags. But that's exactly the greek charm – instead, you get a spotlessly clean, romantic, traditional, and absolutely enchanting atmosphere that touches your heart. The rocks behind the hotel and the sea in front of it are breathtaking. The breakfast room is another delight – a picturesque space with beautiful windows that left us speechless every morning. Right outside the hotel, apart from the sea and a charming little fishermen’s taverna, there’s also a very convenient bus stop. Buses run frequently and take you across the island, including to the capital, Chora. A huge thank you to Dimitris and the lovely Margarita at the reception – your kindness and energy made our stay even more special. Dimitris, we truly admire the positive and harmonious vibe you've created here. A million thanks – we can’t wait to return.

Just 500 metres from Gialos Beach, Olga guesthouse features a swimming pool with sun loungers. It offers air-conditioned accommodation with a private balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea or garden. This is one of my most incredible stay I had in my life of globetrotter All the Olga team were wonderful and amazing so kind and very very helpful The location the room the breakfast… everything was perfect !!! Located in the main town of Ios, Lofos Village offers accommodation with balcony. It includes a swimming pool with a view over the village of Ios town, while Mylopotas Beach is less than 1.5 km away. Everything was great! From the rooms to the comfort to the staff being professional and very helpful in everything we needed. Thank you Liza! The location was also good, you just needed to be prepared for the small hike up the steep hill 💪

This Gialos hotel is next to the port and a 10-minute walk from Gialos beach. It offers a terrace and a tour desk. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are available. We received a warm welcome and the lady knew it was our honeymoon trip so she accommodated us in the best way possible. Everything was so great. Port was 3 minutes walking from the hotel and you could easily walk into the car rentals in case you wanted to rent a car.

Aegeon Hotel enjoys a prime waterfront location in the centre of Mylopotas Beach in Ios.It features a swimming pool with hydromassage jets and a pool bar. The family that owns this property went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. They picked me up and dropped me off at port. They organized my atv. Couldn’t have been more helpful

Corali Hotel, is a family run hotel situated right on Yialos Beach. It is a 15 min walk up to the main town Chora and walking distance to the Port and main bus stop. The staff was very supportive for everything

Very clean and chic with the most incredible welcoming staff. So attentive and kind and made a huge effort to recommend us things to go and places to go with tremendous warmth and smiles.
