The staff was very nice and was available for every question and request. Our room was upgraded to a small suite which was very comfortable, with a great sea view. Short walking distance to the old town.

The apartment was perfect – they even gave us a free upgrade. While it didn’t have a sea view, it overlooked the mountains and olive groves, which was beautiful. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. It’s highly recommended to stay at least one night so you can enjoy the beach early in the morning, before the crowds arrive.

Overlooking the Blue Flag Hersonissos Beach, the all-inclusive Creta Maris Resort combines a Cretan hospitality and green-oriented environment with exclusive 5-star services. We loved that it was so big that the beach and pools weren't overly crowded. However, we did stay on the adult exclusive side so our pool was a bit more relaxed and less people. I definitely recommend if you want a relaxed couple trip to go for the adult deluxe for sure. Otherwise you may be surrounded by screaming children. They even have a separate area on a very nice covered patio for adults only at the main buffet. As well as some adult only nights at the restaurants. It is also a very good resort for kids! They had plenty of pools for kids as well as an arcade, waterpark, kids club with activities throughout the day, etc. We ended up just relaxing by the pool/beach but they had activities for adults as well if you're interested in that. Greek lessons, out door cinema, live music, etc. WE LOVEDDD the aperol spritz bar, wish it was closer to the adult pool 😉 (but it's not that far 😂) We loved the view from our seaside room it was beautiful. The way they set up our room for our honeymoon was adorable (and it was free of charge☺️). The room also had an included mini bar, robe, and slippers. The house keepers were incredible! They kept our room super tidy wiped down the floors daily, gave us new towels (including beach ones) Servers were amazing as well, even during rushes they kept their cool. a la cartes were absolutely incredible. Platia's food was INCREDIBLE. I've never been so full in my life. Mademi was also pretty good food wise, but the views were so so good. We didn't get to the others because when looking at the menus they seemed similar to what was at the main buffet for vegetarians.

Aphrodite Beach Hotel is located on the sandy beach of Mavros Molos in Kissamos. It features a swimming pool, umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach and offers free WiFi throughout. Everything about the hotel was excellent. Spacious rooms, good shower, comfortable bed. This time, we stayed for 3 nights and breakfast was always exceptional... Cretan delicacies, prepared fresh, taste fabulous. We'll be back for sure!

With magnificent sea views from a rocky headland above Aghios Nikolaos Bay, this adults-only resort blends together all the ingredients for a relaxing holiday. I spent a week solo at Minos Palace Resort in Agios Nikolaos, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. I stayed in an Infinity Blue room, which was absolutely stunning — modern, comfortable, and offering a breathtaking view of the sea. Waking up to that view every morning felt like a dream. The whole resort is incredibly peaceful and well-maintained. The infinity pool is perfect for relaxing, the private beach is beautiful and serene, and the lush green surroundings make it easy to fully unwind. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh, local options — and I really appreciated how healthy and flavorful the food was throughout my stay. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared, with a focus on quality and well-being. A special mention to the staff, especially the waiters who were always smiling, kind, and attentive — their warmth truly made a difference and made me feel very welcome as a solo traveler. I also treated myself to a one-hour massage at the spa, which was incredibly soothing and helped me completely relax. I left the resort feeling rested, recharged, and already dreaming of my next stay. Highly recommended!
