Very comfortable and spacious room. Close to old Street tube and the areas we wanted to visit. It was valentines night and we were surprised to see in our room ;wine, cake, chocolates,balloons and petals! Such a lovely touch ( and not arranged by my husband!)

Very large room and bathroom. Sheets and duvet were incredibly comfortable. 3 minute walk to tube station, plus the museums were right around the corner.,

A young man checked us in, everything was polite and cool. They offered an upgrade and gave us a 2-hour late check-out. It feels like customer loyalty is a priority. We want to stay here again on our next trip.
