Overlooking Loch Feochan with panoramic views of rugged mountains and tranquil islands, Knipoch House Hotel is just a short drive from Oban, the seafood capital of Scotland and a gateway to the Isles.... It was magical, the property was beautiful, friendly and kind staff. Fireside music was amazing. Christmas decorations and market was very beautiful. Highly recommend

This romantic 4-star country house hotel offers views from each bedroom. It offers a Scottish dining and local seafood in the property's restaurant with a choice of menus. The location is unbeatable. A remote corner of the highlands that feels so special. The hotel faces the loch/sea (as did our room, with a balcony!) and it was picture-perfect to sit out on the terrace and have a drink, and then to walk down to the shore, and mingle with the hairy coos and goats hanging out. The room itself was also lovely, spacious and well-equipped. The food for both dinner and breakfast was delicious and thoughtful. The staff were lovely. All in all, a terrific value and a truly special place. I will come back!

The Moorings is situated in Tarbert Lochfyne within Argyll and Bute. This 3-star accommodation offers free WiFi. The rooms in the Moorings are equipped with a kettle. Our stay was absolutely amazing. The room was wonderful, spacious and comfortable. The location was great with at least one great restaurant nearby. Our hosts were lovely. Breakfast was incredible, a full Scottish breakfast with something we haven't had before, a Fruit pudding. If I could, I would opt-in for such a breakfast every single day for the rest of my life, truly amazing and it really filled us up. (Let's say that lunch wasn't needed anymore)

Situated 200 metres from Corran Halls in the picturesque town of Oban, Rose Villa features free WiFi access. A fantastic guest house very close to the centre of Oban. The hosts are so friendly and helpful. We loved the room - spacious, beautifully decorated with a ginormous bathroom space too. The bed was so comfortable and we slept really well here. I’d definitely recommend Rose Villa!
