Very comfortable, brand new clean and quiet duplex appartement with stunning view on Los Gigantes cliffs. The pool is warm, big, and very clean. The pool bar serves simple but good food. Other restaurants at walking distance. Los Gigantes port (for whale’s observation trips) is about 15 minutes by foot. Staff is very friendly.

Apartamentos Diamond is set 250 metres from Los Gigantes Beach and Port. It offers an outdoor pool, free WiFi, and apartments with furnished terrace and scenic sea views. The Klayman Diamond boutique has fabulous hospitality staff. The facility and rooms are spotless and housekeeping and maintenance work diligently to keep hotel clean. The chef and his staff provide quality meals with great variety and we enjoyed the event evenings with entertainment. The servers Nacho and Alexis?/from Madrid also quite personable and provide exceptional service.

Dreams Jardin Tropical Resort & Spa is located in Adeje’s coast, offering spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and La Gomera. The luxurious facilities include 12,000 m2 of gardens. The rooms, service and location deserve the high rating. Firstly, we arrived late and could not have dinner but the hotel staff kindly left four trays of cold food, salads and fruit and we started our holiday with a midnight snack. This was a family holiday (aunty and 3 teenage nieces) and we paid for half board and were very impressed with literally everything: The hotel - Tastefully decorated and clean. We discovered something new every day during our week long stay. Location was perfect as there was access to two beaches and promenades with many restaurants, shops and entertainment and a shopping mall should one wish to leave the hotel. We loved that the hotel was very private, quiet, and secure. Perhaps it was just because it was the beginning of the holidays. The hotel provided the best environment for relaxation. Free water and cookies were also available at reception and a really fantastic idea after a walk. The teenagers loved the cookies! The food - Breakfast and dinner was exceptional. A variety of different cuisine made it easy to appeal to everyone's particular taste. For dinner, there were over 4 restaurants to choose from and the food definitely was Michelin star standard. The choices were endless and they catered for everyone. Entertainment was good, with live performances every night. Apart from the restaurants, there is a snack bar and several lounges. The pool - There was sufficient sun beds all day long with excellent service provided by staff. We particularly liked the free fruits provided by the poolside staff which was a brilliant touch and a great way to cool down. Games, gym and the spa - We spent an afternoon in the spa and sauna. The staff were simply amazing and the experience was fantastic. We played pool and table tennis and it was popular with the young crowd and a great way to mix with other guests in the evenings. The gym offered all round equipment which we used once :). We loved the view of the beach.

Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered stunning views of the sea, the pool, and beautiful palm trees, creating a serene atmosphere. One of the highlights was the impressive variety of food. Each day brought a new selection of delicious options at breakfast and dinner, showcasing a wide range of cuisines. Additionally, the hotel organized live entertainment every evening, from rock and jazz musicians to captivating flamenco dance performances, which added an extra touch of enjoyment to our stay. A special shout-out to Christofer, Javi, and Gabbriel, the bar staff, for their exceptional hospitality. Their kind and professional service, along with their warm attitude, made our time at the hotel even more memorable. Overall, this hotel delivered an exceptional experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

How can it possibly have survived the tsunami of industrial meat processing that is mass modern tourism; our screaming penchant for the instant fix? But it has. To enter the Pension Silene is to step back to a time before the internet, before television (there aren’t any), before plastic even. The spaces are all spotless double height, marble floored and cooly envelop you in an atmosphere of pre-(civil) war relaxation. The furniture is a muted protest against the arrival of Franco by refusing ever to have been up-dated since. And the breakfast… Oh yes! The breakfast. This starts as a delightfully flowered bone china tea set formally presented, cup upended along with miniature cutlery; delicate knife, teaspoon and cake fork. The casa hombre soon arrives with an enormous tray bearing a selection of three delicious sec hams, three local Manchego cheeses, three sorts of handmade breads, a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, enough freshly brewed coffee for at least three refills, hot milk, a plate of freshly made scrambled egg, a slab of butter and a measure of jam each on a dish (no finicky motorway services catering miniature packs here) and finally a lightweight pastry to finish the feast. Bury the smartphone, and go here to cleanse and renew your soul whilst rediscovering your faith in humanity…
