Staff were profesional and friendly, location was great, close to the historic centre of a very pleasant town. Facilities like gym, pool, hottub, restaurants, bar, etc were top-notch. Would very much recommend!

It was an excellent place to stay. The apartment was very clean, and it had all of the necessary things you need. The kitchen was well equipped. The beach is just a few meters walk away, and we had beautiful view from the big terrace. Sun all day. We had an 2 bedroom apartment with sea view. The Wi-Fi is good. And the staff are great. I would definitely stay there again if I have the opportunity.

The couple who are running this place are very friendly and the room with the balcony is very cosy (especially the double bed) with a lot of cute details. Home made cookies and coffee are included as well.

Casanaga is located in Anaga Natural Park in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Restaurants, bars and cafeterias are 30 metres away. We do not offer free parking anymore.

Administrator on reception was very nice, helpful and dedicated to work. Also we had apartments with terrace covered in real grass and I really enjoyed laying on sun loungers and looking at stars at night
