We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Spacious room, very clean, comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. By far the largest selection I found in a hotel. Also, the live cooking from the dinner was a positives surprise for us. Staff extremely helpful, always smiling. We had our return flight late in the evening, but late checkout was not possible due to next bookings. Still, they allowed us to use all the amenities of the hotel even after checking out, and provided towels and access to shower.

The spa features an indoor thermal pool, Turkish baths and sensation showers. It opens onto a palms garden where guests can relax in loungers. Treatments like massages and aromatherapy carry an extra cost. The property was expansive, exceptionally clean, full of like minded interesting and respectful people. I lived that they offered morning yoga five times a week and there were loads of families there so our daughter made a lot of friends which we all enjoyed. Lovely to have the pool and the ocean right there.

The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, evening entertainment and a shared lounge. Staff was very kind and thoughtful. We got a room with half-board, breakfast and dinner were always very nice, tasty and eye-catching. If you have a food allergy, they care and there's always an option for you, since it is a buffet. Great location in town and close to the beach. Many stores close by. A couple of minutes away from the bus stop from and to Palma airport. I would definetely stay again if visiting Alcudia.

We had a wonderful room double deluxe with a nice view to the mountains. The room was big and bed very comfortable. The whole hotel was very clean, nice smell everywhere and the owner was very easy to reach to help with any question. The location is near everything, but near the crowd wich is even better. We loved our stay.

If you are searching for a relaxing vacation this is the perfect place, specially for couples. Our room was really nice, spacious and silent. The bed was super comfortable. The commons areas outside are very well-maintained and tastefully furnished. The pool is very pleasant and is open at every hour; is never too busy and is big enough, even when there are other people. The breakfast is very good and reach, it amply satisfies everyone's taste. The car is necessary, but in max 30 minutes you can reach Palma and the most beautiful beaches of the island. Near the agroturismo (5-15 minutes) there are many small towns with supermarkets and main services. Last but not least, Guillermo and Delia are super nice and friendly hosts. They are super available for everything, for ex. reservations in restaurants, infos about beaches and suggestions about what to do in the area. We really recommend this place to live the island in the best way.
