We had never heard of the B&B chain as we don’t have it in New Zealand so we weren’t sure what to expect, but we loved the central location (so close to the bustling Puerta del Sol, yet felt safe and secure). Our room was spacious, clean and had an awesome rain shower. We loved the daily breakfasts and the cafeteria was such a great addition to the hotel. We loved having our breakfast there, enjoying the fresh fruit and coffee machine. We wished we had booked more B&B Hotels for the rest of our travels in Europe.

Amazing location and staff were amazing too, they gave me an upgrade on arrival which was amazing surprise. I had a beautiful balcony over looking Gran Via.

The buffet breakfast offerings offered a great selection of fresh fruits, breads, cheeses, meats and other assorted delights. Staff were attentive and friendly and made our stay a true joy. We able to walk to all of the sites that we wanted to get to and enjoyed a number of great bars and restaurants in Madrid. A wonderful hotel in a magical and special city.
