The staff there and at the pool bar were exceptionally good.

This hotel features an outdoor pool, 3 restaurants, a rooftop bar, a wellness centre and free WiFi. Everything! High end hotel with everything pretty perfect. The hotel staff let me check in early, check out late and I had access to the 5th floor pool the whole time. Perfect!

The hotel's large Planetarium chill-out area with suspended orbs hanging from the ceiling and is a great place to relax with a cocktail. We stayed in a suite. Felt very luxurious. We had music and fizz one night in the central area and the manager came round and spoke to everyone individually. Made you feel valued as a guest

You will receive a bottle of champagne and water on arrival. You can also purchase capsules for the coffee maker. Staff was great. Brief walk to nightlife. Rooms were spacious. Very relaxing stay.

This place is just like Heaven, but there are so many hidden pleasures that you will feel guilty. The art, the outstanding decoration, the neverending flow of positive energy from the staff, the tranquility of the yakuzzi and swimming pools... it all creates an atmosphere of elevation and greatness that is hardly matched even by the other 5 stars hotels in the southwestern area of Meloneras. A must stay!
