The Jack and Jill sinks are a stunning feature, and the rooftop bar offers breathtaking views of the city skyline. While it would have been even more lively with a DJ on the weekends (just my personal preference), the atmosphere was still wonderful. Now, the staff—what can I say? Every single person, from the porters and reception team to the spa, housekeeping, bar, and restaurant staff, went above and beyond. They were all incredibly polite and helpful. We spent a lot of time at the rooftop bar and had the pleasure of interacting with Alessandro, who was fantastic and gave us great tips on places to visit. Connor (hope I got his name right—the Irish guy!) was super courteous, even bringing us blankets to stay warm. Grace was as gracious as her name suggests, the waitress from Georgia was so attentive and patient with my friend’s picky eating habits, and Johnny—what a character! His charisma is off the charts; I’d gladly pay to see his stand-up comedy routine! This was hands down my most memorable city break to date. I would recommend it 1000%!

The hotel had everything that we needed - from free luggage storage due to our early flight to the most perfectly central location without the city noise. There was so much counter space in the room and especially the bathroom, it was heaven! Maggie at reception was excellent - her non-tourist food suggestions were delicious and advice on what to see in the city at the different times of day was spot on.

The rooms were great, very clean and cleaned a few times a day. Breakfast was great
