He gave us perfect directions regarding car parking, and kindly sent a message via WhatsApp, right after our arrival, to check if everything was ok and if we needed anything. We also felt warmly welcomed by the thoughtful gesture of the "printen" (a must-have local gingerbread) on our beds. :) Our two-bedroom family room (Castle Room) was large, clean, comfortable and had a jaw-dropping view of the fairytale town of Monschau. Located right in the middle of the historic area, we were able to walk all around. We also walked to the shops/supermarket that are about 3 km away, in town. I highly recommend this property.
