Built in 1910 and completely modernised in 2017, the LIONO BoutiqueHotel features rooms that are charming and individually furnished. All rooms include a flat-screen satellite TV, a desk, wardrobe, safe and a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toiletries. Breakfast was excellent with the selection outstanding. A delightful introduction to rural Germany.

Loved the location, close to the shops and restaurants, beautiful buildings, great size room, breakfast was fabulous and the pool in the cave under the hotel wonderful, and the owners and the staff were so welcoming, the hotel was exceptionally clean, free parking, what else could you want or need Loved the fact that although mainly used by Germans and Dutch people for maybe one/two nights and we as an English non German speaking couple they seemed to be amazed we were staying for 11 nights, but as we were visiting places we had last visited in the very early 80's, it was the right place for us to be based, they were great with us and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and most spoke far better English than we did German, the ones that didn't speak English, we all managed to make sure we understood each other I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, anyone visiting Hameln would be silly not to stay there

The quiet, non-smoking Hotel St Georg is located in a complex of 3 traditional, timber-framed buildings. Each of its modern rooms has a minibar and a private bathroom. Wi-Fi access is available free of charge. The breakfast room was wonderful. The food offerings were excellent by American standards, but just a little less than we experienced at other German properties on our trip. Freshness was the only detractor.
