The apartment was spotless with everything that you needed. The location is amazing, it is in a nice, green and safe area in Santiago; we enjoyed strolling around the neighbourhood and visit some restaurants closed by. It is also easily reached by metro, bus or car; that make it easier to get know other places as well. The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. Thank you! We will come back for sure!

It is just 200 meters from Tobalaba Subway Station and Costanera Center shopping mall. Free WiFi is available in the rooms and in public areas. Breakfast was great, good fresh fruit, pastries , good coffee. Scrambled eggs were too soft/ runny, but apparently that is how South Americans prefer it since other hotels had the same. Reception always helpful and pleasant

The Hotel Regal Pacific Santiago is located on Apoquindo Avenue, near many corporate offices and a few blocks from Parque Arauco and Alto Las Condes shopping malls. I had an emergency issue, and all the staff were great. They helped and guided me. All of them were aware of my situation and checked if I needed anything.

We are in the middle of 3 great neighborhoods, each at 10 min walking distance: Bellavista (nightlife), Lastarria (gastronomy) and Barrio Italia (Antiques and design). Santiago’s historic town center is at 30 min walking or 10 min in public transport. The staff was very welcoming. I had problems with the reservation (my mistake) and they promptly found a solution that would work for both of us. Location is great. The room (single room) is small but comfortable. Breakfast was good as well, I believe if I had breakfast at a cafe I would spend more and have a worse meal.
