The staff were incredibly helpful - helped us book a guide for summiting the Volcan Osorno, prepared a breakfast for us to take early in the morning, arranged for us to use free bikes, set up free sauna visit. Overall a wonderful experience.

Our room was large and lovely with an incredible lake view, the hosts hospitable, the breakfast perfect. We only had soup and drinks in the evening but I imagine that the food is fantastic as everything else. I would definitely stay again.

Staff super helpful, they arranged laundry service, helped with taxi to the airport. About 15 min walk into town. Recommend Quintal bar and restaurant for casual meals and beers - turn R out the hotel and walk 2 mins!
