Offering stylishly furnished rooms with balconies and coffee machines and free Wi-Fi, the Testa Grigia hotel has been completely renovated in 2010. It is only a 5-minute walk from Zermatt Train Station and Sunnegga Express funicular. Hotel Garni Testa Grigia is in an excellent location on the main street of Zermatt, less than 5 minutes walking from the train station. Check in was smooth and the receptionists at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was small as was to be expected for a single room but modern (better looking thant the photos) and had everything I needed. Value was very good for Zermatt, even the breakfast was included.

Hotel Jägerhof enjoys a quiet location close to the centre of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It has a gym and offers free WiFi.

The rooms have a flat-screen TV with many international channels. The Matterhorn can be seen from some of the rooms. It was in a quiet area pretty close to everything. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was very nice and welcoming. Everything was impeccable. The beds were very confortable. I would come back whit out hesitation. Great place.

The ARCA Solebad Wellness & Spa in Zermatt is located near the centre, the station, the Gornergrat train and the Sunnegga-Rothorn train and features up-to date wellness facilities including an indoor brine pool. Good location. 4-5mins walk from station. And it's great they arrange the delivery to station when we check-out! Nice and warm two bedroom unit. And my husband really enjoyed the spa especially after skiing. Nice breakfast! They have a laundry room provide washer and dryer which we can use for free. It's very convenient.

The rooms were renovated in 2017 and feature a TV with cable channels, a telephone, a radio, a minibar and a safe. The bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, free toiletries and bathrobes. The staff was very friendly and accommodating

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . I love the resort and location. It is walkable from the zermatt station but also comes with an option of a mini shuttle running from 7am to 9pm at a call from the station central. I also love the entertainment, pool and spa which I can do within the resort. Staff were friendly as well! Had an opportunity to try out their Hornox restaurant and I think the food were pretty good. …and would like to thank the hotel for the thoughtful ‘gift’ as well! :)

You can relax in the cosy bar, in the sauna, or in the steam bath. The large terrace with deckchairs invites you to enjoy the sun. Beautiful, clean room, nice view, acceptable price, nice miss at reception :)

Centrally located in Zermatt, 300 metres from the train station, Hotel Walliserhof Zermatt is built in typical Valais chalet style and offers a spa area with sauna and a hot tub. Free WiFi is available in all areas. Chic hotel with an excellent selection for breakfast. Stayed only for one night as we were travelling around quite a bit but would definitely stay again!

Guests can spend cosy moments at the open fireplace in the piano bar or enjoy the spa area. It is possible to relax for free in the sauna, the steam bath, the hot tub and the large pool with 30 °C water temperature and view of the Matterhorn. On request, beauty treatments and massages can be arranged. The front desk/ hotel manager lady welcomed us warmly and she always answered our questions with warm smiles. Chandolin Boutique Hotel is set at 2,000-metre altitude on one of Europe's highest inhabited villages. It offers a ski-out situation, a gourmet restaurant, panoramic mountain views, a sauna, steam room, relaxation room as well as our outdoor Nordic baths. I've stayed here 2x before and came back because it's such a lovely place in a great location - two minutes' walk from the bus station at Chandolin Poste, two minutes from the grocery shop, and with an amazing breakfast and dinner offerings. The rooms (I stayed in the bunk bed option but by myself) are very comfortable, with a great bathroom setup (rain shower!), comfy bed, water, coffee machine and pods, and lift access to the rooms. The staff are truly lovely and let us store our overnight bags before and after our stay while we went to work up on the mountain.
