Offering stylishly furnished rooms with balconies and coffee machines and free Wi-Fi, the Testa Grigia hotel has been completely renovated in 2010. It is only a 5-minute walk from Zermatt Train Station and Sunnegga Express funicular. Friendly and helpful staff. We had to leave very early in the morning, the staff went an extra mile and packed breakfast for us. Giving 10/10 just because of super nice staff.

The ARCA Solebad Wellness & Spa in Zermatt is located near the centre, the station, the Gornergrat train and the Sunnegga-Rothorn train and features up-to date wellness facilities including an indoor brine pool. Hotel is within walking distance to main train station. Free use of spa (warm jacuzzi pool, sauna and steam bath) as well as washer/dryer were the highlights of our stay. We booked two rooms (1) two bedroom apartment with Matterhorn view comes with two toilets with bathtubs which is a big plus (2) Studio North room for our family of 2 Ad + 3 teens. Both hotel rooms come with big balcony with good views and they were clean and come with fully equipped kitchenette.

Beautiful view of the mountain from a distance, view of the village, basic, reasonable breakfast. There is a sauna and a jacuzzi. Close to the train station, there is a shuttle to the hotel

The hotel is spotlessly clean, and I liked everything about my stay. The breakfast was absolutely perfect — fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. The location is right in the city center, which was very convenient. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Truly a perfect stay!

Chandolin Boutique Hotel is set at 2,000-metre altitude on one of Europe's highest inhabited villages. It offers a ski-out situation, a gourmet restaurant, panoramic mountain views, a sauna, steam room, relaxation room as well as our outdoor Nordic baths. I've stayed here 2x before and came back because it's such a lovely place in a great location - two minutes' walk from the bus station at Chandolin Poste, two minutes from the grocery shop, and with an amazing breakfast and dinner offerings. The rooms (I stayed in the bunk bed option but by myself) are very comfortable, with a great bathroom setup (rain shower!), comfy bed, water, coffee machine and pods, and lift access to the rooms. The staff are truly lovely and let us store our overnight bags before and after our stay while we went to work up on the mountain.
